Affiliate Invoice Request Workflow

Add the option for program owners to require an invoice from affiliates before payouts can be processed.

• Program owners can choose whether an affiliate must send an invoice to receive payment.

• If enabled, this requirement is shown clearly in the affiliate dashboard.

• When an affiliate becomes eligible for payout, the system automatically sends them an email prompting them to send an invoice, including the owner’s billing information.

Why:
In many EU countries, program owners legally need an invoice from affiliates before making a payment. Automating this workflow ensures compliance and saves time for both sides.
