Email notification when affiliate status is set to “Rejected”

Currently, affiliates do not receive a notification when their status is changed to “Rejected.” They only see the updated status in their dashboard and their link stops working.

It would be helpful to automatically send an email notification when an affiliate is rejected, informing them that their partnership has been terminated. Ideally, this could also include a customizable message from the program owner.
