Option to Disable Header Card in Embedded Dashboard

When embedding the affiliate dashboard, it would be helpful to have the option to hide the default header/title card (the one with the gift icon and Affonso link).

For setups where the dashboard is fully white-labeled or already introduced with a separate page header, the current card can feel redundant or out of place.

This would allow for a cleaner and more seamless integration into existing UIs, especially for teams offering tiered programs via groups and already managing branding separately.
